Berkeley Group asked for this one bedroom apartment in Fleet to be designed for first time buyer and young career-focused professionals and people migrating from London. The design style had to suit an on trend buyer, but also have nods to more traditional design too. I took the colour palette from the outdoor setting and added bold monochrome accents to give it a modern feel. A lot of natural woods and plants have been added to soften the look. The bedroom has a more luxurious feel, with a green velvet full width headboard, layered bedding and brass accents. Budget: £25,000
